ISTANBUL / VIENNA – MyronSoft, which delivers projects on an international scale with its Microsoft Solutions Partner designation, has reached an important stage in the digital transformation initiatives it has been carrying out together with KLINGER Group, a well-established organization in the field of industrial sealing and fluid control systems. What began as a successful collaboration in Türkiye has, over time, evolved into a comprehensive technology partnership that contributes to KLINGER’s group-wide digital transformation vision.
From Local Success to a Growing Global Collaboration
The process began with MyronSoft successfully completing KLINGER’s transition from its existing Dynamics NAV systems to the cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central Online structure. Following this work, Gernot Leithner, holding the title of Head of Group IT & Digitization at KLINGER Holding, visited Türkiye to evaluate MyronSoft’s technical approach and project capabilities on site. In line with the engineering expertise, project discipline, and methodological approach demonstrated by MyronSoft, the collaboration between the parties expanded into a broader framework, further strengthening MyronSoft’s role in international projects supporting KLINGER Group’s digital transformation vision.
MyronSoft’s Expanding Collaboration in European Projects
As part of this expanding collaboration, MyronSoft provided mentoring and advanced technical support to local partners in Business Central transition projects carried out in important European locations such as Belgium and Portugal. These contributions in complex ERP upgrade processes paved the way for a broader scope of cooperation between the parties and led to MyronSoft taking on a stronger role in the introduction of the new system related to the CRM structure being implemented for the KLINGER Holding.
More Integrated Customer Processes with Dynamics 365 Sales
Within KLINGER Holding and selected subsidiaries the introduction of Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) as a new system was successfully advanced through MyronSoft’s project experience and technical approach. This development marked an important step toward the wider adoption of a more integrated and aligned CRM structure across KLINGER’s relevant subsidiaries. Today, MyronSoft contributes to the modernization of sales processes within the relevant structures of KLINGER Group and to strengthening a CRM structure aligned with the group-wide digital systems landscape.
